1. Job description:

a. Data management on sales system:

• Set up product/goods/order data on sales management system/inventory management system.
• Store product data, product information, supplier information... according to the requirements of related departments.
• Build a process for setting up - storing - managing data and data quality control tools.

b. Monitor and control the inventory management system (WMS)

• Monitor daily order system and detect problems from system or warehouse operations to fix promptly
• Coordinate with relevant departments to promptly handle arising errors.

c. Monitor and control sales system and order management (nhanh.vn)

• Track order progress, promptly detect faulty orders to coordinate with relevant departments for handling.
• Build a return process to ensure optimal business performance of the Company.
• Support departments in retrieving and exploiting data as needed.
• Monitor and optimize the operation of the order, customer and payment management system (if any) as required by the Company.

2. Candidate requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience working with data management tools and database systems (nhanh.vn, WMS, Haravan social....).
• Good data analysis and visualization skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments.
• Logical thinking and ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.

• Viet Thang Long Warehouse - A77, Bach Dang, Tan Binh

5. Working time:

• Monday - Friday (9:00 to 18:00)
• Saturday work as required by management
