Inspection policy:

• Eguru always aims to provide the best delivery service for all your orders.
• After successfully placing an order at eguru.vn, you will receive an email to confirm your order, including details of your successfully placed order and a call to confirm your order from Eguru's customer service department.
• Eguru does not support joint inspection, which means you cannot check the goods upon receipt. However, you can return the goods within 07 days, please see the return policy HERE . In case you need joint inspection (with a fee), please contact customer service for support.
• In case you refuse to receive the goods, Eguru will charge an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping fee of the order you placed.

• For ease of return and exchange, please record a video when opening the package, avoid using sharp objects to open the package as this may damage the product inside. In cases where the product is damaged due to customer error, Eguru regrets that we cannot support you to exchange/return/warranty the product.
• When customers receive the goods, please check the correct product code and accessories (if any).
• If any unexpected problems arise on the Customer's side, Eguru will flexibly support to resolve them in the following cases:

  • Customer wants to schedule delivery
